A few days ago I blogged about " Joe the plumber " being the target of illegal data base searches by state organizations in Ohio .

Toledo Police have confirmed that a TPD records clerk is accused of performing an illegal search of information related to 'Joe the Plumber.'

Julie McConnell, has been charged with Gross Misconduct for allegedly making an improper inquiry into a state database in search of information pertaining to Samuel Wurzelbacher on Oct. 16.

Wurzelbacher came under the spotlight after being spoken about during the final presidential debate between Barack Obama and John McCain.

The inquiry into Wurzelbacher's record is a violation of department and state policy governing the use of the Law Enforcement Automated Data System. The clerk is under fire for making the inquiry for a non-law enforcement purpose.

McConnell was hired by the Toledo Police Department in April 1995 and assigned to the Investigative Services Bureau.

A discplinary hearing will be scheduled within the next ten days

The LA Times is refusing to release a video OBAMA praising Rashad Khalidi. Who isRashid Khalidi? Rashid Khalidi, who from 1976 to1982 was reportedly a director of the official Palestinian press agency, WAFA, which was operating in exile from Beirut with the PLO. Khalidi is currently the Edward Said professor of Arab Studies at Columbia. A pro-Palestinian activist, he has been a fierce critic of American foreign policy and of Israel, which he has accused of establishing an "apartheid system" of government. The PLO advocate helped facilitate negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians in the early '90s, but he has denied he was ever an employee of the group, contradicting accounts in the New York Times and Washington Times . I have been amazed and doubted for months the amount of $ 200 donations Obama has received. Of the $150 million the senator from Illinois raised in September, nearly $100 million came in over the Internet.
OBAMA will accept untraceable prepaid credit cards that could potentially be used to evade limits on how much an individual is legally allowed to give or to mask a contributor's identity, campaign officials confirmed.
The problem with such cards, campaign finance lawyers said, is that they make it impossible to tell whether foreign nationals, donors who have exceeded the limits, government contractors or others who are barred from giving to a federal campaign are making contributions.

The Washington Post has shed new light on this . Take the case of of Mary T. Biskup, a retired insurance manager from Manchester, Mo., who turned up on Obama's FEC reports as having donated $174,800 to the campaign. Contributors are limited to giving $2,300 for the general election.

Biskup, who had scores of Obama contributions attributed to her, said in an interview that she never donated to the candidate. "That's an error," she said. Moreover, she added, her credit card was never billed for the donations, meaning someone appropriated her name and made the contributions with another card.

When asked whether the campaign takes steps to verify whether a donor's name matches the name on the credit card used to make a payment, Obama's campaign replied in an e-mail: "Name-matching is not a standard check conducted or made available in the credit card processing industry. We believe Visa and MasterCard do not even have the ability to do this.

NEWSFLASH try ordering an item over the internet or over the phone . You will be asked for the name as it appears on the card , the 4 digit code on the reverse of the card and the expiration date of the card . Most merchants will only ship to the address the card is billed to , yet they do not ask you for your billing address .Why ? because they have visibility of all that information .Well just add credit card fraud to the voter fraud attributed to OBAMA. Obama and Biden have been quick to point out not many plumbers make 250 K a year
Chances are the closest the average American has come to retaining a plumber is a bottle of Liquid Plumber . Has anyone asked OBAMA just who does make this kind of annual income in America ?However most of us do go to the Doctor once a year .Most of us see the Dentist twice a year.
Let's examine a typical small dental practice and how it will be impacted by the redistribution of wealth

Lets take a typical partnership of 2 dentist in a general family type practice . The practice would have 2 Hygienist and 1 assistant for each Dentist. 1 office manager and 3 employees for the front office . A total of 12 employees, most would agree that fits the definition of a “small business “ .This business model could easily generate 1.5 million per year in revenue , while only working 4 days per week .
So how much profit would “ Joe the Dentist “ earn ? This example of a small business would reward each Dentist with 400K a year in salary and a company vehicle .Safe to say the spouses would draw a paycheck and a company vehicle also .We have 2 partner's making well over OBAMA 'S 250K ceiling . OBAMA mentioned 200K recently and Biden has mentioned 150K . No one really knows where it will stop 42K perhaps ?Much about this new plan to TAX the successful individuals in our country is a mystery . Already “ Joe the Dentist “ has lost 10% due to the bump in the new tax plan .Could the practice increase its fee schedule by 10% .If this happens the insurance company will not pay the difference . The patient would be billed for this increase . Already OBAMA'S plan has already charged the American public 10% more for their individual health care . It goes with out saying IF OBAMA is elected , in short order we will be informed that the revenues are insufficient and we need to raise taxes . Maybe the new tax rate will be 42% or 45% . At 35% the 400 K is NOW 260K net .39% produces a net of 244K . 42% rate would yield 232K. Of course “ Joe the Dentist “ could pay his spouse more and perhaps offset this increase . Just a hunch but I think OBAMA has already factored that in , besides the Corporation is making more than 250K any way . “ Joe the Dentist “is smart and will simply DECREASE the amount of patients he will provide Health care to .
Using the 42% example If “ Joe the Dentist “decides to only work 3 days per week, he will dismiss 25% of the patients . Working 3 days per week he now nets 174K vs 232 K for working 4 days per week . Consider this at 42% and he may he decides to whittle the practice down so he only makes 249K per year .At 42% he would now net 162K vs 174K . The practice has now released 38% of the patients and “ Joe the Dentist “only works 2 LONG days per week. The rest of the staff 's pay is cut in HALF. What criteria would determine which patients are dismissed. Likely it would be determined by the strength of the patient's insurance plan . Now th OBAMA plan has facilitated 38% of Americans that do not have a doctor and of course the tax revenues are declining .The cure ? Of course we raise the tax rate to 45% or beyond, which only makes “ Joe the Dentist “ make further cuts and increase the number of Americans with out a doctor. America will now be in a downward spiral to the European “ socialized medicine “ model . Now you have some sort of insurance but can't use it because it is not as lucrative as the BLUE CROSS or other major insurance providers . OBAMA opens up “ clinics” where you go to let the young doctor who couldn't afford medical school and attended medical school on the “ NEW INTERN “ plan. In exchange for his years of medical shool he must work for the government clinic for 6 years for a small salary or NO salary . Suddenly the “ DOC IN THE BOX “ model seems like great health care model . How about the Lawyers ?same situation . All of a sudden the lawyer decides he will take the 3 or 4 clients that have been with his practice for a longtime .These clients are set up on a yearly retainer that totals an amazing 249K . The lawyer cuts most of his staff , leaving only a receptionist and maybe a paralegal or 2 . The lawyer is no enjoying his days at the beach with “ Joe the Dentist “ because they both cashed out of the stock market positions and decided they would rather play golf than work long hours for little play . Yes the 250K ceiling applies to all the lawyers and doctors you know . The long term employees of these corporations will be without a job and their job skill is no longer in demand. These hardworking “ Joe the Dentist “ and “ Joe the Lawyer “ also have much of their wealth tied up in the stock market ..expect them to exit the day after the election if OBAMA wins . Don't forget when the BUSH tax cuts expire and these 42% tax rates examples will seem like “ the good ole days “ this example can be used to examine many of the business's that you encounter in your every day life . Is EXXON going to lose $$ ? No they will pass the increase on to the consumer . WAL MART ? Oh yeah when the OBAMA regime mandates they provide health care for every employee the price will be passed onto the consumer . Subway ? Domino's? They will all vanish and OBAMA'S Intern / PEACE CORP will now provide these goods and services .SOME may get 500- 1000 back under this new tax plan but you will spend 10 times that amount on increased costs of goods and services , many that you cant live with out .

Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department. Looks like something out of the 1930 's in Europe. The polls you see every day on TV are very misleading . Let me show how the data is being collected. If you take time to see what percentage of voters were asked their opinion its very obvious the polls are slanted in favor of OBAMA. here is the break down of an AP Presidential poll.
The AP-Yahoo! News poll included 841 likely voters was conducted from Oct. 3-13 and has an overall margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points. Included were interviews with 373 people who initially said they were Democrats, 252 Republicans and 214 independents, for whom the margins of sampling error are plus or minus 5.1, 6.2 and 6.7 percentage points, respectively.
Thats right they asked 33% more democrats who they would vote for ? did you think they were going to say McCain? of course not .
Then the pollsters look at the state they asked the questions and factor in the % of registered voters . In a battle ground state like OHIO where ACORN has HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS fraudelant registered voters it skews the number even more .Remember some republicans registered in the primary as Democrats to vote for OBAMA and block Hillary's bid to win the nomination. Real question here is why not ask an equal number of democrats and republicans ? Simple answer the liberal elite in this country are desperate to gain power and advance their socialist agenda .

Let's make this simple if we conducted a poll in the state of Alabama and asked who is your favorite college football team what would the results be ?
We go to Tuscaloosa and ask 373 people " which college football team is your favorite ? " and we go to Auburn and ask 252 people " which college football team is your favorite ? THE TAX SYSTEM EXPLAINED IN TERMS OF BEER or THE DRUNK'S GUIDE TO TAX REFORM

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do. The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve.

"Since you are all such good customers," he said, "I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20." Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes. So the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men? The paying customers?

How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his 'fair share?' They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer.

So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so the fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings)
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33% savings).
The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28% savings).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 ( 22% savings).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.

"I only got a dollar out of the $ 20,"declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man," but he got $10!"

"Yeah, that's right," exclaimed the fifth man. "I only saved a Dollar, too. It's unfair that he got ten times more than I!"

"That's true!!" shouted the seventh man. "Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!"

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, this is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction.
Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

For those who understand, no explanation is needed.

The big news today is that OBAMA'S grandmother is sick really sick and he needs to take a few days off to go see her .Good for him .Lets hope that's the real truth of the matter .Smart money says she is ill but will be alive and doing fine well after January . With all the coincidence in OBAMA'S life its just to much of a reach to think all of the current news and his eroding popularity has him running for cover . JOE BIDEN stuck his foot in his mouth ( again) and now OBAMA'S real agenda is coming to light . Let's look at the AYERS controversy .More light was shed on this Saturday 10-18-2008 . Featured next to a smiling photograph of himself, then-State Senator Obama called Ayers' book, "A Kind and Just Parent: Children of the Juvenile Court," a "searing and timely account of the juvenile court system, and the courageous individuals who rescue hope from despair."

The book, which details life at the Chicago Juvenile Court prison school, mentions Obama by name on page 82 when it describes Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood:

Well we will not hear questions on abortion or gun rights the two issues that dived the parties every election .We will not hear OBAMA asked about ACORN or why he denies being involved when he has given them 800K . We will not hear KEATING 5 questions . We will not hear TONY REZKO questions and why his wife was involved in questionable real estate deals with OBAMA and soon to be indicted Democratic Gov. Rod Blagojevich We will not hear questions about OBAMA'S relationship with Nadhmi Auchi and why he can not enter the USA and why he was a business partner of REZKO. Why OBAMA attended 2 fund raisers for AUCHI , and what influence he may have tried to exert on the STATE DEPT. to allow this man in our country .Of course we will hear after the debate this unsurmountable lead OBAMA has . OBAMA really does not have this lead the polls are skewed and the race is very close maybe 3 points . We should wonder why the Democrats cant find any kind of dirt on either on McCain or PALIN and is covering up all kinds of details on OBAMA. Accurate polls show it to be about 3% .Ask some one in MN who is winning and they will tell you McCAIN , same for Florida but the polls do not reflect this . Moving on to William AYERS . The truth is leaking out . OBAMA now has a TV AD saying he will not let AYERS advise him or be part of his cabinet .What about Charles Manson or Eric Rudolph? TONY REZKO is spilling his guts to the Feds about corruption in IL. Democratic Gov. Rod Blagojevich is a target of the investigation and WILL BE INDICTED shortly . Funny thing is , that REZKO”S wife has a questionable real estate deal with the GOV, and OBAMA . Enter Nadhmi Auchi . Mr Rezko ended up in prison in January for violating bail by failing to declare a $3.5 million loan from Nadhmi Auchi Who is Nadhmi Auchi ?a British-Iraqi billionaire who was convicted of corruption in the Elf scandal in France in 2003. Mr Auchi was involved with Mr Rezko in a pizzeria business in the Midwest as well as a 62-acre property development in Chicago, and had lent millions of dollars to him. Auchi was friends with SADDAM and violated international law by trading with Iraq.He is one of the largest shareholders in BNP Paribas, a French bank involved in the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme for Iraq. In 2008 The Times of London reported the discovery of state documents in Illinois recording that a Panamanian company by the name of Fintrade Services lent money to a funderaiser for Obama in 2005. Fintrade’s directors included Ibtisam Auchi, the name of Mr Auchi’s wife. Spokespeople declined to answer when questioned about whether he was linked to this business .In November 2005, after Auchi was unable to enter the United States, Rezko directly appealed to the State Department to permit Auchi to enter the United States and, it appears, asked certain Illinois government officials to do the same ? So how was Auchi not allowed in the United States in November 2005 but able to come here in 2004 -- despite his criminal conviction in France in 2003? Of course OBAMA denies knowing tis international criminal.An earlier $3.5 million dollar loan to Mr Rezko from Auchi was made only weeks before Mrs Rezko bought the garden next to the Obama's new house. Court documents reveal REZKO was flat broke when he received the loan . Mr Auchi says the loan was for business reasons . Just mere coincidences of OBAMA'S life . He was unaware of REV WRIGHT for 20 years and of course everything else .Sure its coincidence . In an earlier blog I stated the government getting involved can only make it worse . Any further government intervention will only been seen as desperation and create further panic . The markets need to find a bottom . Bad news is that the hedge fund managers and Wall street guru's can make more money with the panic and “ blood in the streets” .Healthy and profitable companies will fall victim to this avarice . When “ value” investors try to step in and buy up bargains the short sellers will just sell shares and drive the price down. Many thought the bottom would be at the 8300-8700 DJIA level .The market will soar through that today . Conventional wisdom might dictate that when we reach 7000 equities are 1 /2 price and time to step in and buy bargains . Here is the plain and simple fix. People who are in bad mortgages put themselves there and should get their lunch handed back to them , as should the banks and mortgage and wall street people also . Foreclosures need to move forward the FEW STUPID and GREEDY people will lose their homes .THEN the government should take our tax dollars they are so easy to waste and buy the foreclosures originate new mortgages at FAIR MARKET VALUE . The stupid and greedy get penalized and hard working americans get the chance to own a nice home at 1960 level prices. Remember just 90 days ago the price of oil soared above 140 dollars a barrel? The same greedy wall street folks drove that up with HYPER speculation> Now they are doing the same thing to drive the markets lower. Many say its to late to get out , I wonder how you didnt get out earlier . The market will go lower count on it .a global economy that relied on the “ economies of scale “ got us in this mess. The solution is for the wealthy people in local communities to pull their money out of the stock market and create LOCAL BANKS .the good news is that many of the middle eastern dictators are starving also .So here is the bottom line Companies and people who got MEGA RICH through the power and leverage of the stock market are going to lose big time .Consumer spending is going to be just a myth or a gleem in an old timers eyes . Restaurant will be hit hard , dont be surprised to see the Bonefish type franchises fold up . Nail salons , trendy clothing places and other local shops that cater to EXCESS will go bust . In a nutshell most business that sell over priced items or services you can live with out will dry up . Lets see how long the concept of 3 national drug stores on each corner facing each other lasts. The automobile business may collapse if not it will be consolidated . Say goodbye to the hybrid and electric cars as gas has slid down and its not profitable anymore . So get the digital camera out and take photos to show the grand kids . Gravity will always prevail and the world will be better off in a few years . Walmart will do well and perhaps restaurants with $1 menus will survive.

Be sure of one thing the consumer is going to spend money only essential items . LasVegas and other trendy vacation spots will have bargains galore . Live within in your mens and perhaps we have vanquished all the excessive spending. Will the government set up a trust fund for all the sports players who are out of work and no longer making 20 million a year .will OPRAH come forward with her BILLIONS and save poor blacks in depressed in the inner city ( not a chance ) .sleep well at night knowing most of the people who got mega rich are heavily invested in the stock market and real estate and heading for really hard times ..harder times than “ Joe six pack “ Many business' will fold up because they have survived by providing non essential goods and services .So if you want a better life play the market and buy ULTRA short vehicles like SKF or FXP there are hundreds of ETF'S that can accomplish this .This is the chance of a lifetime to make money in the equities market , play short with the big boys when the market turns around it will be slow to do so and you exit and can snap up bargains for the long term to retire in Costa Rica
